Alcohol

Drinks / AlcoholThere are so many studies out there, which have established a link between stress, depression and increase alcohol consumption. Some people drink more when they are depressed or stressed out.  Some have said that people in a family without any friends and family (cousins etc) are more likely to turn to alcohol when under pressure.

Tip – If you notice you are drinking more than you have done before, consult your doctor.

Drinking above safe levels – 14 units a week for women and 21 units a week for men.
