Children of society today
Today’s children in society as we know it, a high percentage of children in school come from broken homes or single parent families. The problem with my country Great Britain is “that society is fast deteriorating at an alarming rate. We are a nation of put ups and shot ups (fact).
Both the present and the past governments have contributed to the devaluing in family life as we know it.
The facts of life as we know it is in education and up bringing at home. Family values etc, etc…And we all follow the laws and orders of the government by leading us, its citizens. In the past 20 years we have seen a higher increase in poverty (fact), more divorces and split ups in today’s society.
Children cannot be disciplined anymore, crime is on the increase. Kids from most broken homes and run down ghettoes contribute to crime in today’s society.
It is time for the Government to invest more in its own citizens and tackle poverty and family values. The high divorce rate in society is unacceptable; the children suffer and will only get worse. Now is the time for change.My personal views on life in the United Kingdom my great country! But for how long?
- A high increase in divorce and couples splitting up.
- Lack of family values.
- Lack of discipline.
- Players, Cheaters, Night Callers contribute to pit falls in society, marriage and relationship.
- The lack of communication in a relationship among couples, in marriages.
- We are creating a fission in society today. The Children feel let down.
- Some celebrities have abused there position in society.
- The press and TV news have their advantages and disadvantages (fact).
- There is too much of exploitation of women and their bodies to sell papers to gain money and some TV channels do the same.
- It is now okay for kids to take drugs learning from TV and news papers.
- Immigration a big problem. May be to force down wages!
- With the press entangled with society with it’s disadvantages should be trying to promote good family values, showing better leadership than thinking about what sells papers.
- Stress of long working hours, too tired when you get home, no time for the children or wife.
- We are a nation of disarray; a change in direction is needed and long over due for our children’s sake.
- Some single parents can’t cope with it all, especially the mothers with know families, uncles or cousins to turn to for support. The children are brought up with know family values (fact).
- Poverty is a disease caused by bad leadership (fact).
- We are a growing nation with problems, the rich are richer the poor are getting even worse off.
- Money problems with loopholes for loan sharks to exploit the vulnerable people trying to make ends meet with great difficulty in challenging society of today.
- Now we are talking of 5 times your salary for a mortgage? I must be dreaming!
- What a joke society we live in is, the government should be dealing with poverty and tackling relationship problems, the long working hours.
- The cost of taking children out is high.
- Our country has the highest teenage pregnancy in the world (fact).
- We as a nation know that there is a rising problem with children, carrying knife's even kids from middle and upper class families.
- Exploitation of half and full nude women in news papers, magazines for sales. We are creating a fissure in society. This in a way is contributing to men and women cheating in their relationship or marriage.
- The rise in poverty is a worry as it leads to crime in its own way; this becomes a higher risk for others in society.
- We really don’t want to be a nation saturated with single parents and a rising rate of divorce with undisciplined children.
We need to find away to stop men and women who cheat this is one of the diseases infecting our society today. You also get poverty involved with the cheaters in society.
I also agree with the growing plans for CCTV in society. They should be placed in every ghetto and estate.
