Address the physical factors associated with money worries that cause stress, depression and under mine sex drive. Lack of sleep always a big problem to. Poor diet is also a factor. Long working hours need to be reduced. If you have kids, set aside time to spend with your partner, without the kids.
Men, if impotence is a problem then ask for a check-up. The good news is, “if you get your sex life back on track, it will reduce the levels of stress hormones, making you feel even better”. Stress makes you age faster and depression (fact). Don’t hide behind things, tell you partner if you have a problem.
