CigarettesWhen I was a smoker, I once dropped my cigarette several times between my legs on my seat, as I panicked and turned the steering wheel looking for the cigarette I hit the kerb.
Stopping the car and jumping out only to find a hole in my trousers and a hole in the driver’s seat of my car .The cigarette had stuck to my lip as I went to take it out of my lip to flick it in the ash tray.

I guess many smokers have experienced this; it’s very dangerous to smoke and drive your car.
Tip for smokers with dry lips please use lip balm keep one in the car .This will stop the cigarette from sticking to your lip when you go to flick the ash.
 
CigarettesYou might laugh at this, but it’s true and I believe if smokers ignore this, it will be your loss.  Most of my friends think it’s a good idea letting members of the public know the dangers in driving and smoking.
I have also done the bad habits of driving and flicking out my cigarette out of the car’s window only to blow back into the car landing on the rear seat without me noticing.
When it was time to vacuum the car, I noticed the cigarette butt ends on the rear seat with a hole burnt and in the rear, foot well carpet.

Please note that Mass marketed products that are being sold to the members of the public to help you give up smoking or combat smoking, actually cost you more money.  Always remember this, tackle the craving and you will rip the rewards later.  Remember men, give up smoking, you will notice an increase in your sex drive (fact).

I believe that you don’t need to buy nicotine patches and other products to give up cigarettes.  They simply did not work for me and after my research on nicotine patches from members of the public.  Almost all of them said nothing has worked to stop the craving.

SmokingI smoked cigarettes for 25 years and suffered from bronchitis (a chest infection disease) I can tell you it’s a terrible infection to deal with and my doctor kept telling me to give up smoking.  I gave up for six months only to go back to smoking again and again.  After several failed attempts I gave up finally on trying, till I visited my doctor who asked have I given up and I told him I tried to for six months and the craving was still present.

My doctor told me the pain I was getting in my leg was partly from cigarettes and if I don’t give up I will eventually lose my leg.  I still carried on smoking regardless, believing that you only live once and we will all die one day.

My wife and I gave up smoking two years before we had our second daughter.  So I said to my wife I’ll try and give up.  She said you like your sweets; it will help stop when you crave for a cigarette.  And with the advice from the doctor.

Blockage in right coronary arteryThe third week was difficult for me as I was feeling ill because my internal body system was adjusting to not having any more nicotine in it.
I could not believe it after my first year of giving up with my wife, we were going through biscuits and sweets, and this helped with the craving.  I slowly gave up on the sweets months after my first year of giving up.  It has now been 3 years since I gave up smoking.  I do not only feel better but I have noticed something else has improved in me.  My stamina and randiness for sex has increased with my wife loving it all the more.  I really do feel a lot better.

Smokers who want to give up.

We all know nothing is easy, but if you really have the commitment and determination you will succeed at giving up smoking cigarettes and save a hell of a lot of money from it.
You don’t have to buy any books or see a Hypnotist or buy any products.

These are some tips to help you stop smoking.

  1. Stopping the craving for cigarettes. Our tips: try to keep your mouth busy with biscuits, chewing gums, sweets, apples, bananas etc... anything that will help you when you crave for a cigarette.
  2. Please stop your friends from lighting up when they are around you or when you visit them.
  3. This might sound strange but keep away from wine bars where people smoke cigarettes.  You will soon grow to hate the smell of smokers smoking cigarettes (fact).
  4. You might gain weight has time goes on with your programme in giving up cigarettes, don’t worry you will slowly start to feel different.
  5. You will feel ill and frustrated but you must not give up because, you must believe in giving up.  You will notice the difference when you make love after gaining your stamina back.
  6. You will hate the smell of cigarette smoke, when you smell it anywhere.
