With global warming already here, everyone knows the United Kingdom is getting hotter each time the sun sets with clear blue skies.
With summers now getting hotter every year so far, last year 2006 with big cracks in gardens and grounds breaking up, “I can tell you this will only get worse and will affect properties.
Faze4u will like owners of homes to make sure they have building insurance in place and make sure you are not falling behind with your monthly payments because this summer could prove very costly if the ground gets heated with know rain to sowed the gardens wet.
There has been an increase in subsidence claims since 2002 so please think about this as it is very important that you have building insurance. One of my friends had this problem last year 2006.He said, Peter it’s a good thing I had building insurance. “If we didn’t I would have lost the house and still owed money to our lender.”
Please get a survey done; it will cost around £800. Even this figure is a rip off, why so much?????
“If you are buying a property in the summer please arrange for a survey privately not one provided by the estate agents. There are so many flaws out their, with different estate agents who are after your cash and their commission.
One more very important thing, be wary of big, I repeat big trees very close to the house as they draw water from the ground causing cracks leading to subsidence in a house and you can tell by the obvious cracks on the building.
